The restaurant Le Central welcomes you in a chic bistro atmosphere, both traditional and modern. "It's a mix between past and present. Regarding the past: mouldings, brass... We kept strong parts of our previous identity: white tablecloths, cheese board and dessert trolley" says the Director, Arnaud Lecherf. The tradition of French-style service is maintained with the Crêpes Suzettes flambéed at your table, the Côte de Bœuf Charolaise cut right in front of your eyes, the Sole Meunière served in a pedestal table... Concerning modernity, discover the open-plan kitchen and the maturing cellar for meat, cheeses and charcuteries and the wine cellar! The Chef will cook in front of you, in his 4-meter furnace, a unique piece of art, hand-made by French craftsmen!
