Combining manual work and art, Cuisine is an alchemy between man and nature. Our Chef is concerned about the quality and freshness of products, which she selects with care. Gourmet and generous, her cuisine is based on the beautiful products offered by the Burgundian terroir. Adeline Dechanet joined the team 5 years ago and climbed up to become Chef.
