For 4 generations, the Jacquier family has welcomed you in Dijon, Beaune, Chalon-Sur-Saône and Paris.
A family story
The Hôtels Bourgogne Qualité group shines by its family history. The current president Alain Jacquier was only 18 years old when he took over the management of the Ibis Styles Le Central hotel, founded by his grandmother in 1928. Passionate, he passed on his values and his taste for this profession to his son Patrick, who joined the adventure and is currently Managing Director of the group. His children, Caroline and Anthony, have also joined the family business and both have become hotel managers. For 4 generations, the Jacquier family has been sharing its love of the Burgundy region with its guests and its passion for its profession as a hotelier-restaurateur.
A love for the Burgundy region
The Jacquier family believes that the quality of customer service and the well-being of its employees are the two top priorities. This is why it prefers to focus on improving what is already existing over the years, rather than making a large number of acquisitions. The business was created in Dijon, capital city of the Dukes of Burgundy, and then developed to other regional towns: Beaune and Chalon-sur-Saône. The group continues to grow, under the watchful eyes of Alain and Patrick Jacquier, and the range expanded from 2 to 5 stars to meet everyone's needs. The latest additions, Mercure Paris 17 Batignolles and Novotel Suites Paris CDG Airport Villepinte have opened in the "Big" French capital!
A passion for the profession of hotelier-restaurateur.
Today, Hôtels Bourgogne Qualité brings together 14 hotels that share the same DNA: a unique atmosphere and a typical French-style service tradition! The love for the region and its cultural heritage, its gastronomy and of course its famous wines are transcribed in each hotel, and friendliness is always the order of the day. The family philosophy is to constantly evolve and innovate, in order to push back its limits and differentiate itself: Ibis & Ibis Budget Dijon Centre Clemenceau combo hotel, the partnership with the Dijon Musée des Beaux-Arts at the Grand Hôtel La Cloche or the exhibition of original works at Mercure Paris 17 Batignolles are fine examples of this. And the Jacquier family still has plenty of dreams for the future!
