History of the hotel:

For 4 generations, the Jacquier family has shared with its guests its love for Burgundy region and its passion for its profession as  French hotelier and restaurateur. In 1988, already owner of 4 hotels in Dijon, the Jacquier family decided to open up to other cities in Burgundy.  What could be better than Beaune? Right in the heart of the vineyards, the town is renowned for its gastronomy and Grands Crus wines, but also its savoir-vivre and conviviality. Values that are dear to the Jacquier family. This is how Ibis Beaune Sud La Ferme Aux Vins was born, in a calm and green environment.

Burgundy, the region of oenophiles and bon vivant, is perfectly represented! At La Ferme Aux Vins restaurant, the Chef Adeline Dechanet prepares authentic, inventive and tasty cuisine with local products. Her favourite seasonal dish? The "Snacked Saint-Jacques, mushroom risotto and parmesan crisp". The Wine Bar displays in its open cellar more than 200 references of the best wines from Burgundy and elsewhere.

Conviviality drives the team of the General Manager Marie-Pierre Bêche. And the guests can feel it everywhere in the hotel: in the restaurant, the kitchen offers wine fondues to be shared, the one-hectare park, the swimming pool and the children's playground are perfect for moments of sharing, and musical instruments are available to all in the reception hall.
