Le Petit Central welcomes you in a warm, chic and trendy environment.  The huge bay window and the terrace are essential now: “We wanted to open our brasserie to the city, and build a kind of “winter garden”” said the general manager Arnaud Lecherf.

Regarding the menu, the Chef will continue to please you with the famous Club Sandwich, or the Central Burger. Traditional local dishes will make you (re)discover Burgundy specialities such as Snails or Gaston-Gerard chicken! The Chef Ralf Mestre also adopts the trend of Poké Bowls and sharing boards, with seasonal products. Take a break from your downtown shopping day and enjoy a drink on the terrace, shaded during summer and heated during winter! Regional aperitifs are of course à la carte, mixed with brasserie classics and delicious homemade cocktails!
