Uh, wait... what's Hôtels Bourgogne Qualité? It is first of all a family story ! It all began when, at the age of 18, Alain Jacquier took over the management of the Ibis Styles Dijon Central hotel, founded by his grandmother in 1928. Who could have done the same at the age of 18...?! Passionate about his profession, he passes on his values to his son Patrick Jacquier and his grandchildren Caroline and Anthony Jacquier, who joined the adventure too. Thus, for 4 generations, the Jacquier family has been sharing its love of the Burgundy region and its passion for its profession as a French hotelier-restaurateur, in a friendly atmosphere! Wowww !

In 2005, as the happy owner of 6 hotels, they decided to embark on the budget hotel business. Naturally, they turned to the Etap Hotel brand. Good choice!
